Early Rising



Rising from early in the morning is a good habit. It is benefited to health. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise is a proverb. The early risers can take some physical exercise or walk in the morning. The morning is the best time to get fresh air. It refreshes both body and mind. One can enjoy the beauty of nature in the early morning. Nature smiles in the morning with colorful flowers, green leaves and chirping of birds.  In fact early rising enables us to face the day with fresh and vigorous mind. The early risers get more time to do his work. He finishes his work in proper time. On the other hand, late risers are always in a hurry. He cannot finish his work properly. So, early-rising is a good habit and everyone should acquire it.
