Use of do/does

*** Do/does is used as auxiliary verb for making a negative or interrogative sentence
***Do is used with 1^st person, 2^nd person singular number and all sorts of plural numbers in the form of  present tense.
***Does is used with 3rd person singular number in the form of  present tense.

Structure: Sub+do not/does not + v.. + ob + extension.
I do not want it.
You do not take tea.
He / She does not go to school regularly.
We don’t want to go there anymore.
I don’t want to see his face.
They don’t come here nowadays.

***Interrogative sentence
Do / does + sub + v. +ob+ extension?
Do you go to school?
Does know me?
What do you do here?
What does your father do?
