Television

Television is a piece of electrical equipment with a screen on which you can watch different types of programmes with moving pictures and sounds from a distant place. It is one of the best inventions of science. The English scientist John Baird invented this electronic equipment in 1926. Through this equipment we can observe the live and recorded videos and have a lot of information. We can watch movie, play, different sorts of serials and cultural functions. We can get news-updates from the news telecasts through this media. But sometimes we get wrong information from this site also. We can get educational knowledge and know about many unknown events through this equipment. We can get the news of the political condition, the current affairs of the country and the present condition of the world by this media. It telecasts many live events like the games of football, cricket, Olympic Games and many more. This media sometimes affects our society by telecasting some bad videos that spoil the young generations. In spite of some bad sides, it provides many valuable things that we need to know. So, we should take the right sides avoiding the bad one of this site and utilize it for the betterment of our life.

Responsibility

Responsibility means the state of being responsible to something that you are engaged with. It rouses the good sense in human being. We all have some responsibilities in our lives to complete it in the proper state. To take responsibility is easier than to perform. If we don’t complete the responsibility properly then it is supposed that we are not really responsible persons. Everybody has some duties that he is to do properly otherwise he is thought to be irresponsible. Man is a social being. He has to perform his duties in right track and in the right time to complete his responsibilities to his neighbors and relatives. No irresponsible nation, leader or the government can exist for a long time. If the government or a leader is not responsible to the country, the people and his followers and does not fulfill his responsibilities properly that he promises to them, the people become angry with him and blame him to be irresponsible.  As a human being we have also some duties and responsibilities to the family, society and the country where we live in. We have to perform these duties properly in time. A responsible person succeeds everywhere in his life and is always adored, honored and respected by all. Everybody trusts him for his responsible deeds. In the case of personal, family and service life everyone depends on him. Everyone believes him in every sphere of life for his sense of responsibility. We all should be responsible to our duties staying in our own positions wherever we are staying so that we can build up a happy and beautiful environment to live happily and lovingly.

Dignity to an Employee

An employee is a person who works in the government office, bank, medical, educational institute or in any kind of private company. After completing the highest education a person has to do some jobs in order to lead his life and his family members. In this case the authority should not think that he is his slave or servant. They also should remember that without the employers he is like the useless and barren bad-land. He should also remember, “Nobody is servant of anybody.” A man can be an associate of the others not the servant. The employees need money to live and lead their lives, just like these employees the authority also needs them to build up his company and upgrade his fame and future. But the authority forgets it and considers them as servant or slave. They never think that if these employees don’t work anymore his life also like them one day even can be beneath them. At that time there will be no difference between him and these persons. An employee should be honored and inspired for his work by the authority according to his demand so that the fruit of the development can be enjoyed equally otherwise he will also be disrespected by the employees latently. The authority should understand the feelings, sorrows and distresses of the employees and should have the news of them so that he is proved to be the human being. He should share the feelings, happiness, sorrow and sadness with his employees to make the working environment workable and enjoyable. If the employer ignores and rebukes for the mistakes of the employees and considers them as his slaves then he must be in living in the heaven made of sand that does not last long. He should also remember these employees are also human being like him. He should also think that if an employee is well behaved and inspired by the authority the aspiration and attention to the work increases, then the company will be benefitted as well. But if it is opposite, the attention and inspiration to work decreases and the institute will automatically fall down. The authority should remember that development is possible only with the co-operation, better-understanding, well-behavior, inspiration to the work and making the working environment enjoyable and the perfect respect to the employees but of course not by ridiculing and disrespecting them because all the development ultimately depends on these employees. So the employers should consider about the employees’ rights and give them inspiration, proper respect and evaluate the dignity of their work.

The Postman

The man who delivers the letters and parcels to us is known as a postman. He wears a khaki dress. He is a very popular person in the rural area. Everyone knows him very well because he is familiar with all the people. He performs his duties very well and punctually. But he is a very ill-paid government service holder. He is an honest man. He leads a very honest, simple and punctual life. He delivers us sometimes good news and sometimes a bad news. If he does not deliver the newsletters to us in time we cannot know the news in proper time. In the city he does not mix with the mass people. He must be a faithful and honest man otherwise we will fall in trouble. He should be respected and honored for his noble deeds. The government should also take proper steps to upgrade the salary structure to upgrade his life style considering his hard work, honesty and punctuality.

My Favourite Subject

I am a student. There are many subjects in my class like Bengali, English, Mathematics, Computer science, Science and Geography etc.  Different students like different types of subjects. English is my favourite subject. I like this subject very much because English is the only language which is spoken all over the world. It is an International Language. In this modern civilization without this language nothing can be imagined. If anyone wants to get a good job or wants to do better in life he has to have the sound knowledge on this subject. Even if anyone wants to read any good professional subjects like Medical science, Engineering, Law or anything else more he also has to have the sound knowledge of the language. I would like to do better for the people of my country. I want to be a business man and want to have good relation with the foreign countries. So, for this reason, I have to communicate with the foreigners and have to have the high command on this language. In this case I like to complete my graduation to occupy strong knowledge in this subject. And then afterwards I will try my level best to fulfill my desires in life.
